Incoming Material Inspection
All components — including lenses, PCBs and enclosure parts — are tested against approved specs on arrival. Non-conforming material is quarantined before it enters the production line. Suppliers are tracked by defect rate.

In-Process Inspection
QC sampling is conducted at defined assembly stages. Functional tests — camera power-on, image capture, firmware response, button operation — are performed at each checkpoint. Defect batches are reworked before line continuation.

Final Inspection & Shipment Release
Full AQL-based final inspection on finished, packed goods. Written inspection report shared with buyer before shipment authorisation. Shipment is only released after report sign-off — buyer retains full visibility.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Starting
Sourcing decisions require clear answers. Below are the questions we receive most often from new buyers.
Standard MOQ is 500 units for ODM (existing platform with branding). For full OEM custom development, MOQ is typically 1,000 units due to tooling amortisation. Lower quantities can be discussed for gift and promotional buyers with specific requirements.
For ODM orders: 25–35 working days after sample approval and deposit receipt. For OEM orders with new tooling: 45–60 working days. Expedited production is available for confirmed repeat orders.
After brief submission, we provide a specification sheet and cost estimate. On approval, physical samples are produced in 15–20 days. Sample fee applies and is credited against confirmed orders. We ship via DHL/FedEx to your address.
Appearance (colour, logo, print), hardware (lens resolution, sensor, battery, memory), UI language and firmware, retail packaging design, and accessory configuration. All customisation is handled in-house with no third-party subcontracting.
Three inspection stages: incoming material, in-process, and final AQL inspection. Written reports are provided before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) can be arranged on request at buyer's cost.
Current certifications include CE (EN 71, EN 62115), FCC, and ASTM F963. CPSC compliance documentation available for US children's products. Additional certifications can be arranged depending on destination market requirements.
